Who we are

Bookings and any payments are handled by our booking provider on book.chifbay.com. Card and payment details are processed by that provider — Chifbay never sees or stores your full payment information.

- To answer your enquiries and arrange your private trip;
- To manage your booking and keep you informed about it;
- To improve our service and respond to feedback.
We will never sell your personal data, and we only use it for the purposes above.
